We are very happy with the software Joyfill in terms of filling out forms. We no longer have to use fillable PDF and it's much more professional when it comes to different applications. All data is hosted in the cloud and easily accessible so when we are in front of clients, it's easy to recall the info.

This gives us the ability to be mobile with our forms. We can capture things and input them into the cloud and annotate documents as needed. It has increased our ability to make decisions on the fly and work remotely. Our customers are impressed that we are not doing things manually anymore.

In our organization, Joyfill is used to create and store reports. After preparing the reports and approving them, The admin team takes control of access and sharing. In the office, Joyfill makes it admin teamwork easier to find the right report requested by other departments.

Joyfill has a great, easy and simple UI in both platforms that is mobile app and web. We use Joyfill in our organization for survey purposes and inspection. This really help us whenever we organize any event within our department or whole company. We need to get the entries done by every employee for different things and Joyfill helps us a lot.
  • It has almost templates for every purpose, so we don't have to create another survey for that event. We just select the template and edit the required question.
  • This also helps our on field employee or leads who want to takes entries or want to do any inspection and if they don't have network they can perform offline inspections as well.
  • Its mobile app is very simple and easy so we don't have to head to our PC for filling or taking entries.
  • This is more towards industries inspection so they have mostly templates related to those inspection only.
  • Some times their QR codes for scanner aren't performing well. We frequently get this complaints from our users.
Previously for any inspection we use any ordinary forms using pan and paper so with this method we doesn't get the report of the user and our inspection but with the help of Joyfill we are getting proper reports.
  • Joyfill has mobile app also and data syncs properly in both app and web.
  • We can take e-signatures form users by the help of Joyfill as well.
  • We also get the time stamp of the entries from the users in this Joyfill surveys.
  • We are now getting reports of the surveys and inspection which we doesn't get earlier by manual forms.
  • We are also now collection or taking signatures from any users in any document online without using any third party application or tool
