iDeals Virtual Data Rooms vs. ShareVault vs. SS&C Intralinks DealCentre

In my opinion, there is no scenario that iDeals Virtual Data Rooms would not be suitable. However, in my experience, needs to be improved to beat its competitors. Although data security are taken seriously with the two steps authentication, logging in could be simplified in trusted computers / devices. Same goes for bulk data downloads, since sometimes they don’t function correctly and downloads don’t start in you don’t press “refresh”.

ShareVault is the most secure virtual data room with 24/7 responsive support. It is easy to set up and also flexible to sync with the different document storage and management tools like Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. The most important aspect of it is complete security. It has a built-in password generator and two-factor authentication to ensure security. It is simple, easy to use and the customer service is great. It is user-friendly and saves time with the ability to customize and create your own fields. It is a one-stop solution for any business that is looking for an easy-to-use and secure data room.

Very well suited for data room usage. Great for project based work where you have a specific group of people who are located worldwide that you want to collaborate with together. Very useful for sharing large documents with virtually anyone. Probably not appropriate or useful for small group or one on one usage involving documents that can be easily emailed (smaller in size).

Intralinks is more robust and has a more professional user interface. I use both products but I would default to intralinks if it was an important project involving outside resources or partners. Box I feel is perfectly suitable for internal projects that involve department members or multiple company departments
