Overall Satisfaction with iDeals Virtual Data Rooms

Transferring data and using data provided by companies to perform buy side and sell side due diligence. These is also usage of iDeals Virtual Data Rooms in preparing a VDR for any of these processes mentioned above.

  • Less need of travel
Due to the lack of usage in some sections already mentioned.
It’s not up to me to select VDR providers. I don’t see iDeals Virtual Data Rooms in top 3 providers either.

In my opinion, there is no scenario that iDeals Virtual Data Rooms would not be suitable. However, in my experience, needs to be improved to beat its competitors. Although data security are taken seriously with the two steps authentication, logging in could be simplified in trusted computers / devices. Same goes for bulk data downloads, since sometimes they don’t function correctly and downloads don’t start in you don’t press “refresh”.
