I have worked with many other PRM platforms. ImpartnerPRM is in the middle of the pack. There is still a lot of opportunity for making the platform more intuitive and automating some of the processes. However, it is better than some of the others that I have used in terms of there being better continuity between the PRM and marketing functions.

  • This is the best tool so far which helps me to manage the business relations, through this software I have got more power to control my various channels.
  • it is my everyday need to manage the tasks that are associated with my partners who own a particular platform like my Omni channels. It is handling everything in appropriate way.
  • Now I feel more confident in analyzing the on-boarding working of my partners and I am not at all worried about the payouts and compliance. This tool has helped me to better engage with them.

  • They show you this awesome demo environment and then you realize once you purchase the tool how much it takes to get that. At least one web designer, help from marketing, and at least a few months of dedicated work

  • They don't provide any html or iframe script which most of the similar websites provide which I can easily add into my website
  • They have very few programs into their network when compared to other similar networks. It would be great if they could add more programs into their network.
  • Wish it had a filter for the marketplace? There are programs which pays per lead where as some pays per sale. And some pays % and some pays $.
  • About a month ago my account was suspended and I contacted them about it and was told that due to some violations of their "Terms of Service", it was suspended. And I tried contacting them but after that email they just ignored my email. No reply after even 5 - 6 emails so I stopped emails also. Few days ago I received mail from them saying my account was mistakenly suspended in a effort to remove fraudulent activity from their network & now I have started working again with them. After I got access to my account again, all of the programs I had joined were removed from my account and now I have to apply to every program once again. It would be great if they could do something from their end and join me to all those programs from their end easily rather then me applying to everyone once again.

Salesforce was too expensive for us at the time and required too much customization and internal strain at the time. We ended up choosing Salesforce over Impartner later on once our channel business was more established and we had more resources internally. Impartner was more simple and easy to deploy than Salesforce, which is why we chose it when we had fewer resources

PartnerStack provides a faster interface and seems to be less confusing to use. In turn, this saves us time, especially if we just need to get a quick snapshot of the programs we're a part of and their overall health. Reporting is good for the metrics we need, but I would love more advanced reporting at some point and to see where we send the most traffic from - social, website, etc.

  • Accomplices like PartnerStack in view of the straightforwardness with which they can get their installments and the straightforwardness with which they can follow the progress of their references.
