Incentivizer vs. Visdum

Visdum is highly effective in scenarios requiring rapid adaptation of commission policies and automation of tailored reports to meet specific needs. Its flexibility shines when swift modifications are necessary, such as adding SPIFFs and Kickers, thus streamlining responsibilities significantly.While I love the reporting functionalities that Visdum provides, I would want to see more options around customizing these reports, for me to get the data that I need to see.

• Visdum enables seamless communication through features like approvals, queries/dispute resolution, and statement uploads within a unified system.
• Visdum offers exceptional customer support. Whenever I request customization of our workflow or reporting, their team promptly addresses the request and prioritizes it in their development queue.
• The Visdum team is proactive in enhancing our analytics and streamlining approval processes based on our needs, demonstrating their commitment to supporting our workflow effectively.

• The UI could use a facelift
• As an admin, I love the flexibility the platform provides but I wish the reports were a bit more customizable.

We were able to do a POC with Visdum and verify that it works for our scenario. The rules and logic were excel-like and hence easy to adapt.
