Informatica Cloud Data Integration vs. Introhive

We use it a lot for importing data. We transform the incoming data to match the formatting of our CRM. We also match on existing records to avoid creating duplicates. Informatica handles all of this exceptionally well. Our users are system administrators. The tool is not well-suited for users who do not have a technical background

Introhive is great as a sales enablement tool. It helps to track relationships, especially when going after a new prospect. We spend a lot less time updating information in our CRM. I like that data is real-time and syncs in the background, making sales relationships easier to manage and pinpoint.

• UX is clean and nice to navigate.
• It's easy to search for relationships.
• The leaderboard adds gamification to the system.

• There is a moderately steep learning curve

• The login URL is tricky for users to remember.
• Smartsync can be tricky and not work at times.
• There are potential data concerns with personal information/contacts being synced if you don't opt-out.

There is a learning curve with Informatica. It is not always intuitive to use. It is best suited for technical users such as system administrators

It is really easy to comply and understand its features.

• Really greatest than any other conventional application.

• It helps us to track our relationships with prospects.
• It saves us numerous hours updating our CRM.
• We capture contacts we didn't know existed.
