Inhubber vs. Signable

It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.

Signable to is a great all-around option for most businesses that require online document signing. They are based in the UK so if you have clients in Europe, they are fully compliant with all EU laws. There are easier online document options out there so if you are not tech-savvy and a beginner with online document signing, there are some other choices that may make it easier to get started, but Signable is a very good all-around choice for any size business.

• It tracks contract expiration dates, renewal periods, etc.
• Automates and manages approvals and helps maintain order in contract management.
• Keeps contracts in a secure location and supports version control.
• Saves time by extracting useful data, e.g. deadlines.
• Provides a very handy reminder management system.

• Easy to use. Clients have had no issues using it the first time.
• Google Drive and Dropbox integrations are very useful.

• If you just want to quickly look something up the tool can feel a bit overloaded like it's trying to do everything at once.

• Can be tricky to use on mobile devices as some clickable elements are very small.
• Have had a few emails to clients from Signable end up in junk/promotion folders.
• The pay-as-you-go requires the purchase of new credits if you have to amend a document due to an error and resend.

The platform helps you to get your things done. It is designed the way so that user spends as little time as possible on dealing with low-value activities like labeling, structuring, signing and focuses more on the things that will determine how much you will get out of the contract, like setting reminders for the deliverables, extracting the key information, etc.

It's easy to understand and to use, though I still recommend asking a colleague or contacting support to get a quick tutorial for first-time users.

We switched from DocuSign mostly because the customer support was not as good. It was very difficult to get a response in a timely manner when you have to get a document out to a client and need to wait days for a response. The user interface for DocuSign, on the surface, looked easy to use, but in reality, it was kind of clunky and buggy and caused frustrations with our team.

• It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
