Cons	Inova Payroll I would like the ATS component that monitors candidate hiring to be able to trigger more hiring activities like connecting with our background check provider and scheduling a prospect appointment. Alternatives Considered	Inova Payroll Our company implemented the use of Gusto, and although the payroll service is excellent, the main reason we switched to Inova Payroll was the poor customer service that this program offered us in order to solve the "MANY" problems that were shown on the site.
