Inova Payroll vs. Workzoom

Unless I'm in an unusual situation with an employee, it only takes a few minutes to complete payroll with Inova.Some features are not yet fully customizable and, as a result, force us to reverse engineer processes in a roundabout way that does not necessarily meet our business needs.

Payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, and recruitment for the organization are all managed in one place which really makes it worth it. it helped during COVID by providing a paperless response.

Our company implemented the use of Gusto, and although the payroll service is excellent, the main reason we switched to Inova Payroll was the poor customer service that this program offered us in order to solve the "MANY" problems that were shown on the site.
