Absolutely, we recommend Matrix to every business to business partner or client we have. It has helped us crawl out of the dark ages and interface with a completely new audience of customers. We appreciate that they are always innovating so we get the best of the future pulled into the present.

As I am a content marketer, every day I have to fight to get top-ranked for my articles. So, SEO should be perfect. For my content side of SEO, MarketMuse is a lifesaver to me. It helps me to plan my content, get the score of my content, and the suggestion to optimize my articles. It saves my time and money too.

• Availability of content inventory on MarketMuse makes it easy to measure the quality of the content before uploading or updating it.
• With AI-generated content, I am able to write and upload content like a pro that has high-ranking keywords.
• Identifying key topics and subtopics while creating content to upload on the blog saves a lot of time.

• Would be nice if the connect feature was domain swappable
• A better way to save and import queries would be nice
• Having some writing tool integrations would be nice

The support I have received from all MarketMuse staff at each step of the process has been excellent. They are very friendly, quick to assist, and also provide really good training to teach you how to use their product. Additionally, their own blog is a wealth of information regarding different aspects of content marketing, from articles to video interviews.

I think they are doing the right things, staying in their lane. I never like it when companies try to be everything to everyone. It dilutes their effectiveness on their core values to me. I want them to drill down and focus on the things they are already doing and keep making them better.

MarketMuse is more cost-effective than BrightEdge and does more for writers and editors that are strictly focused on content. It keeps people in one system after their first draft. Writers and editors do not need to go into multiple tools to look things up manually, saving valuable time. This enables them to produce more content more quickly.
