Likelihood to Recommend Integrately boasts a long list of products that it works with, but I feel that the actual implementation is clunky hit-or-miss. In my experience, the UI to create automations is miserably terrible. It shows way too many fields and is constantly resetting collapsed steps, so there is an absolutely dreadful amount of scrolling and searching involved. The order of fields often seems extremely random, which further makes the process for me extremely painful. There seem to be relatively few products that they truly integrate with, and most rely on JSON publishing. Testing is very difficult in my experience as it would only look for the most recent JSON data. It is not possible to test the automations with historical data. The actual success rate of automations is extremely spotty and it is nearly impossible to troubleshoot given the terrible UI. Split workflows (if/then) are very, very clunky. I wasted a huge amount of time manually replicating automations for various gateways.

It cannot be used for EDI as this support is not there. OICS is a perfect fit for other integration and is best when a customer has Oracle applications in the landscape. It is even greater if you have a requirement to create a custom form and make use of Process Cloud. All of these work very well together seamlessly. API needs can be handled by APIary.

Various other system connectors are available to use readily. User-intuitive experience--Connectors, integrators, and dashboard can be seen on one page. Read full review Cons Their workflow builder is almost impossible to use. Troubleshooting errors is difficult unless you are a programmer. User unfriendly for non-techies. Relies heavily on JSON publishing for many tools rather than native integration. Read full review Currently, it is not retaining the logs for more than 3 days, which it needs to address. We also need some functionality inside the interface to re-push the same transaction again so that it will be helpful while testing and fixing the issue. Also, some log errors are not giving the correct details. Oracle needs to rectify those. Zapier because I could not build workflows that consistently work using Integrately. Although the pricing was attractive (especially given that I purchased an LTD) it did not function well enough to meet the needs of my business and I am no longer using it.
Read full review The nearest thing I have used to OIC is UiPath, as it is often used as a tool to integrate software together. However, it is much more suited to legacy software which have little to no API endpoints. If the infrastructure already exists I understand why people use RPA for integration, however for when API's are easily accessible and you're using Oracle tools, OIC is better.
Read full review Return on Investment I wasted a huge amount of time building workflows that I ultimately walked away from because they did not reliably work. They are more affordable than Zapier but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. Read full review Created a solution for unique business integration with minimal processing times Saves my team about 7 hours per week because of how it communicates with all the information. Because it communicates faster, and because there's a lot of information to communicate with, another solution might not work. Read full review ScreenShots Oracle Integration (OIC) Screenshots
