Besides having all the functionality of any 5 star CLM, the situations it has helped were:

• Preventing contract
  deviation by controlling template versioning
• Improving
  business processes with customized features such as unique intake forms

• Report and dashboard

• New feature request process - they tend to ask a lot of questions regarding my request.

Zeal is user-friendly for the non-tech person to use.

We just upgrade the document control application from V5 to V6. There are still quite a bit of issues left unresolved.

We felt Intelex was more user friendly and provided the services we were seeking in a system. We evaluated all applications vs. our company needs and wants.
