IntelligenceBank vs. SAP Marketing Cloud

In a small company like Gogo, employees wear many hats. The thing I love about IntelligenceBank's product is that it allows me total control over my own content and real-time control over who can access that content.

SAP is not suited for new generation Marketers. It is very slow and do not have any essential features for dynamic marketing. Many things are manual. It is not very user friendly in my opinion which makes it very hard for the beginners to know all the important things.

• The design of the website is super intuitive. Our customers have commented on how easy it is to find what they're looking for.
• IntelligenceBank provides great support. On the rare occasion when I need technical assistance, the IntelligenceBank team responds quickly.

Nothing there to give it a higher rating. They should enhance their UI/UX and improve the platform's speed. A new user would take days to learn and understand its functionality.
