We mainly use SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC) for sending emails to our contact list. SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC) is very slow and lacks current-generation features from my experience. It takes too much time to load and is not very user-friendly. There is not much customization, which prevents us from experimenting.

We usually implement SAP Marketing Cloud in conjunction with SAP commerce in most of our projects, it is used to improve marketing campaigns and drive traffic to the e-commerce site implemented in SAP Commerce. We usually implement it as a separate project from the commerce project but they always go hand in hand.
