The cost-effectiveness and flexibility of iSmartRecruit are impressive. It's a strategic investment that yields significant returns in recruitment success, in our opinion. Therefore, we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking top-tier recruitment software.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• Easy and quick access to clients, candidates, jobs and prospects.
• Posting our jobs to our websites.
• Uploading and parsing candidate resumes is simple.
• Keeping track of our placements or the candidates we don't place (and notes about why) help us as we consider people for future opportunities.

• Every system has some room for improvement. But no major issues were found, so it’s completely fine.
• he system comes with many features and is easy to use, but it still requires some form of training to use it to the fullest and get maximum advantages.
• Every staffing agency business has different needs and requirements. iSmartRecruit helps us to do that. Very quick to respond to requests. Sometimes, it may take more time if the requirement is complex.

• Zimyo has room for integrations.
• Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.
• LinkedIn Integration and offer letter management.

I have seen many products but iSmartRecruit won my trust due to being user friendly and having unique features as well excellent support

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.

• It's eliminated the need to hire additional administrative staff. This is the single biggest savings.
• It has saved a lot of time that allows us to spend more of our time and resources responding to clients and candidates. Our clients and candidates feel we are more service-oriented and different than our competition. We've received referrals this way. Difficult to measure - but definitely huge items.

• Zimyo has resulted in very good ROI.
• Automation of Human Resources Processes.
• We were able to recover the invested amount in 6 months only.
