It was a great fit while we were a smaller company with simple tasks and jobs. As we grew we realized we needed more from our CRM.

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

• We couldn't adjust what certain things were called (ie what we called "work order" internally were called "job estimates" on JobNimbus)
• The price went up from when we first started using
• It lacked in project management options as our company grew in size
• It wasn't simple to lower the user count; the subscription needed to be changed.

• The training could be significantly expanded
• Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
• The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

We enjoyed JobNimbus while we were a smaller company and our projects didn't have many needs. We've moved on to a larger CRM that can assist and support our team fully.

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is] intuitive to learn and use[.] It would be better if you save searches, had mobile functionality, and had an easier to search the candidates with a NOT feature (not having specific attributes or an empty field)[.]

We had two people, myself included, learn everything we could during the setup of our initial interface setup. We became the "masters" of the software so other employees had someone to go to internally with any issues or questions.

We spent 2.5 years with JobNimbus until we got too big for the app. Though it is very customizable, our growing company needed more and decided to move to monday.com.

Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

• we've seen stong ROI on certain candidate campaigns
• Strong on technically focussed searches where technologies and languages matter
