JobNimbus vs. TaskQue

It was a great fit while we were a smaller company with simple tasks and jobs. As we grew we realized we needed more from our CRM.

Companies that face issues due to chaos in terms of document management can really take advantage by organizing all their documents at a single place. TaskQue is inappropriate for project costing requirements in big projects.

• Workload management.
• Auto task management.

• We couldn't adjust what certain things were called (ie what we called "work order" internally were called "job estimates" on JobNimbus)
• The price went up from when we first started using
• It lacked in project management options as our company grew in size
• It wasn't simple to lower the user count; the subscription needed to be changed.

• I think Gantt charts should be here to be used as a project management tool. Moreover, affiliation with productivity tools such as time-tracking tools can make it much better.

We enjoyed JobNimbus while we were a smaller company and our projects didn't have many needs. We've moved on to a larger CRM that can assist and support our team fully.

We inquired using the
TaskQue community forum and got a timely response regarding my queries. We really
appreciate it.

We had two people, myself included, learn everything we could during the setup of our initial interface setup. We became the "masters" of the software so other employees had someone to go to internally with any issues or questions.

We spent 2.5 years with JobNimbus until we got too big for the app. Though it is very customizable, our growing company needed more and decided to move to monday.com.

TaskQue’s most unique
feature is the queue feature which enables you to assign tasks automatically.
We were seriously fed up with the manual assignment of tasks.

• JobNimbus did a great job helping us stay organized
• It gave a great "big Picture" view of our projects
• It integrated well with other apps we used
