JobScore vs. WorkforceHub by SwipeClock

Companies that have not used an ATS before and instead rely on google docs and spreadsheets often fear moving to HR software out of misplaced concern over change management. Jobscore is built with such elegance that the training and education ramp is slim to none.

It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.

Jobscore wins on ease of use and therefore speed to value. Training lift is negligible as most users can get up to speed in a self-guided manner
