Lumesse is well suited for global companies, that are not too large and may get enough attention/support from other larger vendors.

The only reason I would renew Lumesse is because of the difficulty of doing a data migration to a new system and the potential loss of candidates already in the system. The cost is also a factor, it is a very expensive system and there is little to no customer support.

Each of the above products were more effective than Lumesse. I did not select Lumesse for our company, and would replace it with another system if given the opportunity. Jobvite was the most user-friendly ATS I have used. This system allows seamless integration with social media and automatically pushes postings out to free career boards like Indeed.com. I was also able to give hiring managers their own accounts with different levels of access to the information in the database so they could browse resumes and view the status on their open roles at their convenience

• Lumesse give us the ability to accurately track candidates through the hiring process, which then in turn allows us to hire candidates quickly and compliantly, which is our overall goal for clients.
• Accurate information that is easily accessible allows us to process candidates through the background screens quickly, which ensures candidates start and we're able to get paid for our filled positions.
