Kartra vs. Uber Eats

Kartra is a great platform for a service-based business that needs a moderate cost solution and one-stop shop for their business needs. Kartra has a marketplace of professionals that can train and or get your services set up in the system. The access to Kartra experts is valuable since the platform does have a bit of a learning curve and is not user-friendly when just starting out.

Uber Eats supplies drivers to deliver our food to our customers hot and fresh. Uber Eats also brings us new customers to try our food. They do a great job in our area all year round and ramp up drivers during our busy times. We are glad that we partnered with Uber Eats to help our business grow.

• If I could suggest an improvement on Uber Eats it would be to just separate the ready and print button on the tablet as when we are in a hurry we sometimes touch the wrong button creating minor problems.

I switched from Teachable to Karta. Teachable was at a lower price point but I found it harder to use and didn't provide all of the features the Kartra offers. I also experienced holding on to funds for a long period of time after a transaction has been completed. I'm happy that I switched.

• Great return on investment because you are able to get rid of many of the other programs you may be using.
• Access to Kartra experts to get you up to speed on how to use the platform is a great value added within the Kartra marketplace. You can also add your services to the marketplace.
• The CRM within Karta is top-notch. Allowing you to segment and tag your clients based on your own criteria.

• Uber Eats has a good impact on our revenue by supplying drivers to get our food to our current customers and bringing us new customers.
• Although Uber Eats charges a large percent of our sales to our customers, they also bring us a good and needed service that we have a hard time supplying ourselves.
