Kdan Mobile PDF Reader vs. PDFLiner

In my opinion, the software is good for performing any PDF operations related to annotating, faxing, converting, highlighting, e-signing, including reading (if using mobile version of the application). There is also an ability to edit files, but in my opinion it's not really comfortable to do on a mobile device because of the lack of keyboard.

It's possible to save money, time, and paper with PDFLiner. In addition to
those in the legal and scientific sectors, this includes those in accounting,
human resources, and education. PDFLiner makes it simple to save your most
frequently used templates. Upload them whenever you need them, make any
necessary edits, and email them straight away!

• The ability to fax documents without having to use a fax machine or a scanner is great - saves time and other resources (paper, man hours etc.).
• It's also nice having the feature to convert files right away in the app - and the number of various formats you're able to convert to PDF is quite high.
• The overall multifunctionality of this app is also something worth mentioning since it has features for highlighting text, editing PDFs, creating and filling out forms and much more.

• Signing documents for myself and my employer has never been easier.
• For me, the simplicity of not having to use sophisticated tools to customize forms for certain situations is appealing.
• It's easy to use and doesn't necessitate a strong Internet connection to make use of this program.

• There is no mobile app for PDFLiner which I think is a major drawback of this tool.
• Though the tool is straightforward we find it complex when we need to search for a specific form in it.
• Editing text is fine with this tool but I think there is a limitation of styling the text when editing any document.

Our department uses PDFLiner to modify PDF format contracts and other documents before sending them to our consumers for e-signing. Not only that, but this program allows access to the templates of over 30 million different sorts of writable agreements, saving us a lot of time and effort.

The app wasn't great, in my opinion. The interface wasn't as good as PDF Reader, while the features were not that advanced.

Everyone in my department uses PDFLiner. Everything we need
to get the work done is included in this team strategy. Allows us to streamline
our operations and ensure that everyone is using the same tools. If I had to
make a choice, I would go with this over more "advanced" options.

• It's been great so far, having all our employees use the PDF Reader when dealing with PDFs - since it's easy to use and is quite multifunctional, we're able to accomplish quite a bit with a single app installed on all of our devices.
• It's great for saving time and adding e-signatures, so we aren't actually using any other e-signature apps.
• It's so easy to use that everyone is on board and using the app for all kinds of PDF tasks daily.

• Your PDFs can be changed quickly and easily. You have the option to include signatures and images, as well as to censor any information you don't want others to see.
• By being able to digitally sign your paperwork on the go, you may significantly speed up the closing process.
• Using PDFLiner is a great and simple way to work with PDF files.
