KeyedIn Enterprise vs. KROCK

KeyedIn is well suited for a number of projects from IT, Sales, Development and Marketing. It is pretty flexible so implementing it into any number of workflows seems fairly easy due to it's customizability.

I would recommend KROCK to those in the creative industry who struggle with keeping client communication neat, missing deadlines, and spending too much time on project management rather than focusing on their result. KROCK is a good backend system for the creative process.

• Easy tracking and a 360-degree overview of every ongoing project.
• Allocation of work to employees according to skill level and qualifications.
• Tracking project expenses and actual revenue.

• Good usability--for clients, the team, and freelancers

There is an online support chat available. And the KROCK team reached out to me for detailed feedback on the platform and suggestions for improvements, which is truly considerate of them. They are always very kind, positive, and easy to ask for help, which is a pleasure.

It is used to fully automate every stage in the project lifecycle and forecast on resources required to successfully complete projects. It empowers managers to complete projects in time and within the allocated budget. One of the many features that make this platform unique and suitable to many modern businesses is the portfolio management feature.

Easier to use for our clients, which is important, as many of our clients only use the application for a short time and don't care to invest too much time or energy to learn the features. It has a clean and reliable dashboard and overall user interface.

• In the sense that it has assisted in closing projects more quickly so that they may be invoiced for, it seems like the ROI is a pretty quick turnaround
• By breaking out tasks into a well defined workflow it allows for accountability and consistent project delivery across all agents.
• Providing services that the end user feels satisfied with is definitely a top goal. Having well defined workflows has also helped address problems by reducing the variance in each project.
