Overall Satisfaction with KeyedIn Projects
I use KeyedIn to track implementation and project status. It is useful for gauging the progress and level of completion at each phase and provides a transparent way for me to share information within the broader organization.

- Some of the features can be cumbersome at times but this could just be the way that it is implemented for our workflow. Drop down's don't always auto populate with the information I expect or need to track
- The UI could be more fluid and intuitive
- Notifications of pending tasks or a weekly summary of completed tasks might be helpful
- In the sense that it has assisted in closing projects more quickly so that they may be invoiced for, it seems like the ROI is a pretty quick turnaround
- By breaking out tasks into a well defined workflow it allows for accountability and consistent project delivery across all agents.
- Providing services that the end user feels satisfied with is definitely a top goal. Having well defined workflows has also helped address problems by reducing the variance in each project.
