Some of the features can be cumbersome at times but this could just be the way that it is implemented for our workflow. Drop down's don't always auto populate with the information I expect or need to track

In the sense that it has assisted in closing projects more quickly so that they may be invoiced for, it seems like the ROI is a pretty quick turnaround
