We used KeyIn to manage our customer info/CRM. It allows everyone within our organization to access the same content and update the info across the board. Information on each job is easily communicated via emails from KeyedIn and status updates are available to keep everyone up to date on the current state of the project.

We have a second office in another city. The sales staff is able to input all information on the customer and describe exactly what is need via KeyedIn. Our art department then receives the request via email and is able to download all attachments and complete the project. Once the project has been completed the sales team is alerted from another KeyedIn email.
