Kiteworks vs. SaneBox

Kiteworks is very good for securely sharing files external to your company and doing so without your customers knowing who each other are. The interface is simple and relatively intuitive. We have had some issues in getting timely support from Accellion this past year, but they seem to be doing better lately.

SaneBox is great for anybody who a) gets a lot of emails, and b) needs to respond quickly to email. For example, as a consultant, it's important that I quickly read and respond to my clients' email messages. SaneBox would be less useful for people with low volumes of email, or where there is little or no email from external senders.

• Encrypting our files appears to be less than 100% complete
• Software updates cannot be scheduled to take place automatically like their old product
• Detailed activity logging is not available to administrators. You must submit the logs to Accellion for analysis.

The main reason for selecting Kiteworks is that when sharing files with multiple customers, each customer has no idea who the other customers are. To do that in Teams would require users to create a private team for each customer, which would be very [time-consuming].

I use the Snooze and Spam features in Office 365 for another mailbox. I feel SaneBox's system of folders is easier to manage, plus it is available from anywhere I check my email. Office 365 snooze is not available through my Android email program and in [my opinion] it's aggravating not being able to organize email from my phone.

• Before then kitework we used 3 different products. It was expensive and difficult manage.

• I respond more quickly to the right email messages, improving client satisfaction.
• I spend less time processing my email, which makes me more productive.
