kredily vs. WebHR

It covers almost the all the needs of HR. However, in my opinion, the customer support team does not care if you have any issues especially during payout timelines. We had issues with attendance sync for over 3 months, we waited patiently for 3 months for the team to fix the issues, although they attempted a few times, in my experience, they did not care later to respond to calls or emails. In my experience, they give out standardised ticket numbers through email and leave issues unattended just blatantly stating you will recieve a call back (which is never). In my experience, you will definitely get no response even if you have to sort the issue with the team heads. I had the worst experience with the entire team.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

We selected kredily for the pricing and package but unfortunately when they do not meet expectations of basic customer care experiences then no software is worth the price paid

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.
