Lightico e-Signatures vs. SpotDraft

With a pandemic it makes it easier to get signatures where meeting face to face isn’t possible. I’m sure where there is a wet signature required it wouldn’t be appropriate

The best place to use SpotDraft is on contract negotiation. The entire life cycle of a contract negotiation is captured well on SpotDraft. Data is also crunched and displayed in dashboards. We get to prepare better first drafts of contracts when we know of areas which get heavily negotiated on.

• Collects secure signature repository
• User friendly UI makes document signature easy for even the most technically unsavvy people. I am shocked we don't get more calls asking us to talk customers through the documentation.
• Making uploading and retrieval of stips a breeze.

I don't know of any other tool that provides so much flexibility and delivers efficiency in CLM.

Support is decent, mostly the features are self explanatory.

DocuSign is a great product and widely accepted, but it is much more expensive, so we prefer Lightico
