For document signing on accounts for right now. It helps us for communicating in those small rural areas where it’s not always convenient to come to the bank to sign.

With a pandemic it makes it easier to get signatures where meeting face to face isn’t possible. I’m sure where there is a wet signature required it wouldn’t be appropriate

We use Lightico to collect e-signatures for loans and collect stips from customers. This is not only an extremely easy and reliable service, but it also adds a layer of security to a collection of stips. It is hard to imagine any of their competition offering such a tremendous value for what we are getting from their service.
  • Collects secure signature repository
  • User friendly UI makes document signature easy for even the most technically unsavvy people. I am shocked we don't get more calls asking us to talk customers through the documentation.
  • Making uploading and retrieval of stips a breeze.
  • Adding different levels of users to some people can create docs and some people can just review what has been completed.
If you need a signature repository and like a good value, this is for you. If you do not have a need for e-signatures, this is not for you.

DocuSign is a great product and widely accepted, but it is much more expensive, so we prefer Lightico
