Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Lightico to collect e-signatures for loans and collect stips from customers. This is not only an extremely easy and reliable service, but it also adds a layer of security to a collection of stips. It is hard to imagine any of their competition offering such a tremendous value for what we are getting from their service.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Collects secure signature repository
User friendly UI makes document signature easy for even the most technically unsavvy people. I am shocked we don't get more calls asking us to talk customers through the documentation.
Making uploading and retrieval of stips a breeze.

Cons

Adding different levels of users to some people can create docs and some people can just review what has been completed.

Alternatives Considered

DocuSign

DocuSign is a great product and widely accepted, but it is much more expensive, so we prefer Lightico
