Linked Helper vs. Trumpia

At the end of the day, Linked Helper isn't just a tool for us – it's an essential part of our team. It helps us navigate the complexities of LinkedIn with a human touch, forging connections that lead to meaningful partnerships and business growth. It's like another member of our growth team:)

Trumpia is very good for a small to mid-size company that sends out texts 1 to 2 times a month. If you are large organization, have a lot of email records and/or send out texts very frequently throughout the month Trumpia may not be the most cost effective option. In that case it might be better to explore whether or not your CRM has text message functionality and see how that compares to Trumpia

• High level campaign customization
• The ability to warm up leads through interaction with posts, likes, write comments
• Convenient loading of leads, as well as the ability to download them into a Google spreadsheet

• Account Management
• Customer Service
• Automated Text Campaigns

• It may take some time to fully understand all the features of the platform.
• This is not a cloud-based tool. Your computer must be running to perform automations.

• They could do a better job of bridging the gap between their platform and client's CRMs to ensure that information is shared in both places.

An excellent price-to-quality ratio, complemented by swift and supportive customer service.

We have only used Trumpia since we began sending out promotional text messages back in 2016. We have been very happy with Trumpia therefore we have not had to explore any other providers. The only other option that we may explore in the future is sending out promotional texts messages directly through our CRM and see how that works
