Manatal vs. PeopleStrong

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

As we are all working online, and sometimes employees have to be on fieldwork PeopleStrong have the option of location-based check-in which makes it very convenient to ensure work is happening. Every document has to be verified and passed on in the software hence assuring no forgery is happening. As a user, I am able to set goals and achieve them, view my employment history definitely gives a sense of self-achievement too. The constant reminders ensure all assigned tasks are met and completed. I do not see any inappropriate instance, as this has been anything but very useful for our organization.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• Salary Slips are updated on the portal and a person can access those slips from the joining date also.
• Calender provides a data of the events which are lined up through the company for the future time.
• An Employee can check the leaves and the history of leaves applied in history

• The user interface could be a bit more user friendly

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

PeopleStrong is a great platform. When businesses optimize the use of PeopleStrong, they can drive long-term benefits such as talent retention, reduced administrative costs, and enhanced overall workforce performance, ultimately contributing to a strong return on investment that effectively implement and adopt the platform, leading to improved HR processes, cost savings, and enhanced employee engagement.

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
