Overall Satisfaction with PeopleStrong

PeopleStrong is providing a hr portal in my organization where an employee can login and check each and every details of his/her. It includes Salary slips, calender, Offer letter, Joining Details, and much more. It is accessible all over the world it doesn't a particular system to be get accessed from.A employee and employer both can check and update details over the PeopleStrong portal.

Pros

  • Salary Slips are updated on the portal and a person can access those slips from the joining date also.
  • Calender provides a data of the events which are lined up through the company for the future time.
  • An Employee can check the leaves and the history of leaves applied in history

Cons

  • It it a little slow portal
  • Creation of leaves could be an feature to be get added
  • It can offer your working details to other companies also so that a worker could get more job offers
  • Increase recruitment process
  • Saves time
  • Database management

When I was planning to leave my last company I asked my hr to provide me salary slips of last few months but even after several reminders they didn't provided me the slips then I selfly accessed my PeopleStrong portal and downloaded all my salary slips so that I can use them in future if needed. Whenever I try to update my job details it doesn't allow me to update them as it could only be accessed and updated by hr
