A responsive user interface, which is available on a tablet or fixed station and supports several of these operations, provides the unified control capabilities of the system. PTP selected the OpsRamp platform to replace its legacy IT Operations Management (ITOM) solution, and PTP has now been using the OpsRamp solution for eight years. By implementing OpsRamp’s modern ITOM solution and leveraging the benefits of AIOps to improve service delivery to its clients, PTP can holistically monitor and manage on-premises network and data center infrastructures, as well as cloud resources and virtual firewalls.

Pricing is very economical. You pay for monitoring and alerting, but you get a full suite of tools for the same price for free (including, Patching, ITSM, CMDB, and change management) - Good package for cheaper.

Technical support is appreciable. We have dedicated customer relations managers to check and see the improvement of the tool and its flaws. Sometimes, we get to interact with CMO of the organization asking our feedback and suggestions. Not every organization does that.
