Maply vs. UserReplay (discontinued)

I would assume every business would need Maply to not crash repeatedly and constantly buffer so I can’t see any instances where this would make sense. I think there are better options for less money now that weren’t available when we went with Maply. We use SalesRabbit now and are very very happy

Great for online businesses who are well established and want to refine their UX/site performance.

• App was crashing and rebooting
• Appointment integration with Google maps
• Ease of use
• In our experience, Responsiveness. It would take weeks to get a response
• In our experience, they gave us a discount because the software didn’t work and then later increased the fee again. With no notice
• Transparency and integrity

• Identifying an issue and quickly understanding what the financial impact is
• Seeing how users use and interact with your site, by device
• Reporting on custom events
• Quickly finding a session and replaying it, to watch it back.

• Do what you say you are going to do
• In my opinion, don’t lie to customers to get them to trust you and then steal their money
• In my opinion, if you know your software is nit a good fit for a business tell them that up front before taking their time and money

• Having confidence in the reports/numbers it pulls
• No function to email out weekly/monthly reports.
• Insights are sometimes difficult to extract
