Mentimeter vs. ProProfs Quiz Maker

Mentimeter is very useful for continuous engagements and follow ups during webinars, seminars, team meetings, online classes and surveys. Even during offfline conferences it could be well suited for increasing the interactivity. However, it could be less effective when the audience size is too small like a group meeting or video conferencing with friends and family

According to me, ProProfs is a versatile tool so it can be used in different places keeping in mind different ways of applications. Businesses can use it for lead generation, pre-hiring skills assessments, training assessments, compliance training, increasing social engagement, and much more. There are templates segmented into different categories so you can understand different use cases.

• It was very easy to use.
• It provides an interactive way to engage the audience.
• The poll can be customized to have all sorts of graphics to cater to a specific, targeted audience.

• Creating assessments is very easy with ProProfs. It has lots of pre-designed assessments that we can quickly modify by adding questions from their question bank.
• It has excellent anti-cheating features which allow us to conduct remote hiring tests.
• The tool provides simple and useful reports with visual statistics that make it very easy to compare candidates.

• I think more brand related customisation option could be helpful
• Reporting is basic , detailed analysis is missing
• Integration options are less, could be made more compatible with a lot of leading tools

• In my opinion, it doesn’t really need any improvements, but I’d like to see some advancements in:
• Templates.
• Question Types.
• Grading.

The user interface is really simple to get started with, anyone can start using it. The simplicity might somewhat limit the set of features, but there are some advanced features hidden deeper down in the user interface that you can find once you're up and running and want to start improving your presentations

I’d give ProProfs Quiz Maker a 9. The quiz tool isn’t perfect but looks all set to become it. We’re particularly impressed by all the quiz creation resources it offers and how comprehensive the settings and functionalities are. The support has been good too. The customer service team is patient and readily available.

Because it met all the requirements my organization had. we were using it to meet our overall business goals that include lead generation, growing our brand reach, recruiting the best candidates, quality employee on-boarding & training, and more. The easy to use interface and flexible customization made the tasks easy, and we accomplished the desired targets from the tool

The other tool used in our company for live poll is Zoom because of its direct compatibility with Zoom calls. Mentimeter is more interactive in terms of poll questions and its biggest advantage is wordcloud. However, it being an an external tool for a conference app, it is sometimes less preferred.

ProProfs Quiz Maker is a very easy-to-use tool and that is its USP. It is preferred over other tools for its super simple user interface and the no-fuss installation. You can simply get started by signing up and choosing a plan and you don’t have to be highly tech-savvy to create quizzes or tests.

• People have to be more alert during presentations because it asks people to participate.
• We actually get good feedback rather then if we did a presentation without Mentimeter.

• I feel that it has allowed me to do more with my quizzes.
• I would very much like to have more control over the certificates that are auto generated after they take the exam.
