Overall Satisfaction with Mentimeter
Mentimeter is used across the entire organization to run live polls, quizzes, and questions during virtual calls with multiple members. Its ability to show real time analysis of the polls or quizzes helps the audience view the result instantly and makes it interactive. it is used to as part of training sessions, virtual quizzes or to capture audience responses in general.

The other tool used in our company for live poll is Zoom because of its direct compatibility with Zoom calls. Mentimeter is more interactive in terms of poll questions and its biggest advantage is wordcloud. However, it being an an external tool for a conference app, it is sometimes less preferred.
