The UI needs a lot of improvements to meet today's standards while keeping the functional part highly performing as it used to be
Being unable to run reports through the workgroup security manager is a serious con, I think they need to consider giving it more attention
the auto-monitoring feature performance goes low when it's enabled during a heavy workloads, it leads to a lower/heavier performance, but during the latest update I feel it got lighter somehow.
They also need to give more attention to the encryption and enhance it with the latest encryption technologies

UI and UX are interesting, to say the least. It could be more user-friendly and better-looking, but it is good overall. The training to use the tool could take some time, as the UI isn't that user-friendly and takes time to understand. But it works overall.

It is for customers looking to 1. backup their decades-worth of data stored in physical or virtual tapes to Cloud storage (AWS S3), 2. perform analytics and business intelligence to run targeted customers or campaigns on mainframe data now available in the cloud, and 3. use the data as backup/ restore copies in the event of a disaster.
