Mexty vs. WorkRamp

I have tested Mexty to fulfill a concrete need of e-learning, Katacana (44 symbols for words imported from other languages, mainly English). I did a first test with the 2 first lines (so 10 katacana) with 20 play cards. The game was generated almost instantly (no time to go to kitchen to fetch a coffee)! Once done, I improved the game with more katacana added. Same, the game was updated quickly, making the game update an easier task, even for beginners.

WorkRamp is well suited for Employee Onboarding, Continuous Training, and Ad Hoc training assignments. We specifically use it to roll out training on new products that roll out so that we don't tie up hours of people's time to meet in person and roll it out in a live setting

My personal experiment on Mexty, shared with members of my team and friends, has allowed them to try and create their own e-learning modules as well, saving time, cost while having great fun creating the game and using the game!

WorkRamp has allowed us to keep employees up to date on the most recent trainings so that the entire workforce is working on the same information. It has also allowed us to roll out that training on an ad hoc basis vs gathering everyone together for live training, which can be delayed with calendar conflicts

WorkRamp has better user experience and user interface.
