Mindmatrix Bridge vs. Partnerize vs. Pepperjam Ascend (discontinued)

I would only recommend Mindmatrix as a short term solution for companies that want to take advantage of the ready made drip campaigns for their vertical.

Since Parterize's partnership announcement with Konnecto I'm looking forwars to some exciting improvements to the platform that will embrace AI tools for reporting and communication with partners

For our business, affiliate marketing is by far the lowest ROI marketing channel. If you're looking to get products, brands, and offers listed on coupon sites, Pepperjam Ascend is a great tool. If you're looking to engage with influencers or drive sales without giving away margin, Pepperjam Ascend is likely not for you.

• Navigation is confusing, not intuitive.
• Creating and changing users must be done by a ticketing request.
• Horrific support, all email and overseas, rarely talk to anyone.
• There are issues in practically every area. There are inconsistencies with sharing of contacts, sharing of client and CRM data. For example, only the owner of the campaign can see reports on that particular campaign. There are sharing inconsistencies throughout the entire program that just do not make sense.
• There is also an unusually high amount of undelivered mail, and a very high SPAM occurrence. Much higher than our backup, MailChimp for example.

• The reporting interface for publishers could be improved to be more user friendly.
• Contract term special conditions are difficult to find and sometimes not available so this area could be improved.

• The dashboard/platform is the furthest thing from user-friendly. It looks like a high school student with zero experience designed it in excel and hoped for the best with the results.
• Reports are hit and miss. They may load, they may not! It's ridiculous, in my opinion.
• No mobile options whatsoever, everything has to be desktop. It's 2022, they need to catch up!

There are a lot of bugs and poor design in this product.

My business is able to extract what we need from Partnerize to access and analyse performance data. Once you know what you're doing and where everything is, it's great. There is always room for improvement as the industry evolves and more metrics become available though

I selected Mindmatrix solely based on the content they had available for our vertical.

Awin is a far friendlier and easier to use interface, though Partnerize offers a different variety of merchants

Pepperjam Ascend's user interface is way behind these other platforms. It's not intuitive nor is it easy to create custom reports and engage with your publishers. We have been stuck with Pepperjam and many other affiliate networks have a very similar layout without much upside.

• I was hitting anywhere from $130 - $450 per month in commission payout before Pepperjam Ascend. Now with Pepperjam Ascend, I maybe get $40! I am still waiting on payouts from January.
