Mitratech TalentReef vs. Tribepad Applicant Tracking Software

I rarely give 10/10, mainly because I have learned that that we can always learn new things and to grow. Thus, I feel that same applies to Talent Reef. While I struggled a bit in the beginning to use this application, It is probably that struggle that has made me a better user for being so persistent at using it. Now that I have more than just the basics I think for any size company the functionality of the program will work for them.

Highly recommended as a fairly priced, feature-rich ATS with plenty of customization and flexibility in a modular approach. Is it simple to use and an engaging platform. The support team is great!

• We've been with talentReef nearly 2 years and our last 2 account managers have been great! Support was a concern right after we converted, but we were able to gain an account rep and began weekly calls until all the holes were plugged in.
• Linking ATS data and onboarding data eliminates the need for the applicant/new hire to enter the same information twice.
• We're now receiving system emails regarding upcoming new releases, which is helpful.

• If any organization is looking to use TalentReef, I would suggest they make sure they have a project lead. TalentReef is a customizable platform that can be used to help your business. Your business will only get the full use out of the program if someone from within leads the project and communicates what they need from TalentReef. TalentReef can provide the basic needs, but the true value comes when you customize the program.

We helped redesign the interface that best suits our brand. Tribepad is a great partner for us. They listen carefully to our requirements and we work collaboratively to solve challenges and build a better evolving product and experience.

We have had very few issues with talentReef, but when we did they were resolved quickly and in a timely manner.

The support is great. Tribepad is a very customer-oriented business that thrives on delivering and supporting its customers.

TalentReef has a better interface than SnagAJob, but that is just about it. SnagAJob did a very good job in applicant flow, however, they also advertise for other companies during the application process which is a major downside to their system. Newton is far superior not only with pricing but in support and functionality. After only 60 days with the system, I could not imagine going back to TalentReef ever again.

More cost-effective, better product, flexible, customizable, integrates well with other platforms and its UX/UI is more advanced and simple

• The impact in terms of I-9's and E-Verify being completed accurately and quickly is immense. It is tough to put a price or ROI on avoiding any legal complications.
• All of our corporate locations now "speak the same language" in terms of applicants and new hire on-boarding.
