Relay is well suited for SMB's that have various business units that need to keep track of their expenses who at the same time would like to automate the payment side of their operations.

• User friendly- easy to setup and get running.
• Built in reports to improve and measure customer satisfaction.
• Always adding new features to enhance the product for the user.
• Support organization responds quickly to issues and questions.

• The ability to be able to customize the priority level of a ticket. Currently these are set by default and can not be changed.
• Text box section on the rating to have the option to tell why a low rating was given.

Setup is pretty easy unless you have some obscure bank accounts. Once setup though, they system is great at keeping track of your expenses via the cards you setup for various business units. If you use the expense tracking side, the integration with your accounting apps is easy.

Relay is one of the few FinTech products out there that allows SMB's the control of their finances via separate cards and A/P tracking
