Mosaic vs. Quire

I think mosaic is well suited for businesses who want to have a separate analytics tool. It helps with financial data and is able to pull from other tools you use to gather this information. I would not recommend it if you've already got a well created crm or other software

Well-suited for small teams. It's feature-rich and simple, but doesn't have the bug-tracking capabilities of heavier tools like Jira. Low setup overhead, so it's easy to jump in and start quickly! Best Gantt chart experience I've had in a while.

• Quire syncs with your calendar, but it would be nice to see an actual calendar within the app as well.

Very easy to input tasks, assign them to people, and make dependencies between tasks. Workflow is super convenient once you get used to using enter or tab in the right place. Can do a lot of things from the keyboard, but the commands are not as intuitive as those in Todoist.

Friendly and prompt support. No issues.

Mosaic is much more robust and in depth than hubspot analytics or other tools I've used. They are only an analytics tool, so they don't have any CRM features, but their analytics are far better than those of any CRM tool. They were the cheapest version of what we needed and got overall decent value

Quire comes close to Nuclino, but Nuclino wins with its ability to create "cards" and organize a little more neatly.

• Very positive, helped us organize our work effectively.
