My PT Hub vs. ReputationStacker

My trainer uses this software when we are unable to meet in person. The software will allow us to still have great workouts. The workouts are in the app and have detailed instructions on how to complete them. The only issue I feel is that the app is sometimes hard to find things. Some stuff feels buried.

ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

• Adding additional locations of our business wasn't obvious at first, but when I figured out how to do it it was easy after that.

The app is available on both IOS and android. Since it is a mobile app, you can use it anywhere in the world which comes in handy if you're out of town. The app has been a great asset to me. I use it daily. It works very well and is very useful.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

Like any software, support is key. So far this software has been running smoothly and I haven not needed to contact support for anything. I am very grateful for that. It appears that their support is available through the app if you need it. Additionally, you can contact their support on their website.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

Swell was too expensive. ReputationStacker does the same things (and more), costs less, and as far as I can tell from the Swell demo we did, a lot easier to use.

• We have an average of over 30% more clicks on our Google Business Profiles since we started using ReputationStacker (because we now show a lot higher in Google's local search pack).
