It needs the ability to save hashtags. Some of the other tools offer this, so I emailed Planable and asked them to consider adding it.

• Plan posts on multiple platforms at once
• Approval workflow

• "Free Trial" functionality will actually charge users straight away depending on the trial button clicked
• Changes to plan during a billing cycle are not refunded or credited in any way, including attempting to un-do the change. (So moving down and up again between plans, even if both actions occur within seconds of each other, results in getting charged twice...)

• Add hashtags in the tool so you can save them for future use

NapoleonCat is easy to implement and use. Users can manage all their social media activities from a single online dashboard that also includes reporting. Users can manage posts while on the go using the mobile app.

It does what you need, but could have a bit more features for the price. $30 a month just to post things on Facebook or Instagram is a bit steep, given that that's all you can do.

Over the course of our campaign, the team went out of their way to fix and correct glitches in the interface that I pointed out to them.

Emailed them a month ago to add hashtags, but they didn't add the functionality yet. Given that the product has stayed exactly the same since, I'm guessing the developers don't want to add this feature so I give the support a rating of 1.

Use this service instead... Far more transparent and also supports modern account security features like 2-factor authentication. (Lack of 2fa puts all social profiles in NepoleonCat at increased risk of being hijacked...)

Cheaper, however, Kontentino does have the ability to save hashtags.

• Ability to post on any social media platform with 1 click. It adjusts the layout for you, pictures, adding action buttons, etc.
