Rambox is a workspace organizer that allows users to unify as many applications as desired, presented as ideal for those who care about productivity while working with many business and personal apps.
OnSemble is solving a lot of problems that our organization had prior to its implementation:
We can track communication readership.
We can engage with our fellow teammates through chats and recognition.
We have a central location for all job-related links.
We are just now delving into adding departmental pages so folks can communicate within their teams.
I'm not sure of a scenario where OnSemble wouldn't be appropriate - if you have a company that needs to centralize communication, documentation, and share ideas, it's an excellent choice.

It seems almost limitless of the apps that you can add. If there is a website for something, you should be able to add it. You are even able to add custom apps that are not in their list of pre-made apps you can add. So I am able to add all the apps and custom apps that I need for doing my jobs. I don't think Rambox would be very useful for people that don't log into web apps often using a web browser. I use this app mostly because I have so many web logins and it makes it easy to manage in one app, instead of logging into several websites.

Sometimes the loading can be slow if you have many apps enabled and starting at first run
Icon's help me find what I need. It would be nice to have an easier way to upload from like a gallery that Rambox hosts rather than to have to find your own off the web.
I wish you could make folders or something within the workspaces for more organization

As a user: it's pretty intuitive and the only thing holding a user back from getting everything out of it is a lack of curiosity. As an admin: it's not super intuitive. The training and the setup process are crucial to be able to use and maintain the portal, and we still sometimes have questions.

I have always been pleased with my experiences with OnSemble's Support team. First, they have a great library of articles to help me study and guide for many of my questions. But when I cannot quite comprehend, or I "run into the wall", I can be assured that I'll be contacted quickly with a pleasant voice to work through whatever my question/issue may be. Kudos to OnSemble Support!

There was one other one that I tried and I honestly don't remember the name. Rambox beat it by far... One reason, I was able to get a lifetime license (Which they have deals for that I think once a year, so keep your eyes open for it), and the other app I tried was a subscription. I really did not want another subscription. Another reason, the other app was not able to do as much as far as custom apps and the loading was much faster with Rambox.

Rambox has saved me time on not having to dig up website URL's and login credentials for quick access to sites when I need to use them. saves time and money in the long run.
Being able to install on a different device and have everything sync also saves me time and money.
Rambox allows you to organize all your apps in different work spaces so I can have several but go the workspace of apps that I need for special use cases. Saves me time to not have to remember which web apps I need for a certain job. Saves me a bunch of time and money.
