Newoldstamp vs. Superhuman Mail

I actually recommend Newoldstamp to colleagues quite often. It is an excellent and simple product that does exactly what is promised. On the rare occasion that technical support was needed, the support team was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue promptly every single time. It seems as though I have been working with the same technical support people as well which I would assume means they have a high employee retention rate, this is always a plus.

1. Inbox management 2. Saving time 3. For CXOs, it can save a lot of time. 4. Superhuman AI is very good, optimized for the use case. 5. UI/UX is to notch, the team has really put in some effort here. 6. Although there's a learning curve but the onboarding makes it very simple.

• Easy to add social media handles

• Faster than Gmail - if speed is a priority Superhuman loads and processes very quickly
• Clean interface - Superhuman is well designed, making it easy to focus on only what you're writing
• Snippets save time - by prewriting snippets and adding them via shortcuts, writing emails is quick

• Would like an option to purchase one or two signatures additionally rather than just in bulk; as a small company, when we hire people, we just need one or two additional signatures
• Allow us to design our own banners in the platform itself using our own pictures

• When I started adopting it, it was VERY Apple-focused. I could not get access to Android and Windows. They are not releasing an Android version, and there is web access for Windows, which I use with an iPhone.
• Built-in calendar, while nice, could be a little more functional.

Creating, updating, duplicating, and organizing signatures is effortless. While we're good designers and could create HTML signatures ourselves, we don't need to. Newoldstamp does it for us.

It's amazing, it solves the inbox management problem. Makes emails keyboard friendly and AI is self-sufficient.

Great product at a fair price. Does what it promises. Easy to use. Great customer support. Checks all the boxes.

I'd previously tried to use email signature generators purchased from Graphiriver with little success (too fiddly). Also used the HubSpot free offering but that had severe limitations.

You could have information from your contacts right on your inbox.
