Overall Satisfaction with Superhuman
Superhuman makes it easy to read and respond to emails. The interface is clean and features like snippets, keyboard shortcuts, AI summaries and writing allow people who read and send a lot of emails to process their inbox easily.
Pros
- Faster than Gmail - if speed is a priority Superhuman loads and processes very quickly
- Clean interface - Superhuman is well designed, making it easy to focus on only what you're writing
- Snippets save time - by prewriting snippets and adding them via shortcuts, writing emails is quick
Cons
- The AI is still in development, so the AI emails it writes can be hit or miss
- The most tangible is processing a lot of emails, either for sales, customer success, or as an executive handling a lot of inbound requests.
Superhuman overlays on top of Gmail, but it's just much faster and easier to use.
