Overall Satisfaction with Superhuman

As a generalist looking after a ton of things, I have to manage multiple inboxes and my personal inboxes as well. But with Superhuman, I get a single interface to access them all and also get them filtered. The filtering is much better than in other tool out there and on top of that Superhuman's AI is very accurate.

Cons

  • Pricing is too steep
  • ROI is negligible because it's priced very high but for CXOs it's has a big ROI compared to a person at a managerial level
It's amazing, it solves the inbox management problem. Makes emails keyboard friendly and AI is self-sufficient.
Superhuman is far simpler to use and get started with. The UI is modern and suits all the needs. AI, although it has limited real-life use, is very much optimized and fits the use case. It is compatible and easy to configure.

4. Superhuman AI is very good, optimized for the use case.
5. UI/UX is to notch, the team has really put in some effort here.
6. Although there's a learning curve but the onboarding makes it very simple.
