It is perfect for these times where an online presence and good reviews are essential to sales. It is not especially suited to a smaller business with a smaller budget and fewer clients. Many customers think it would be easy to customize Open Loyalty for multiple companies, using only one installation. This is difficult to Open Loyalty since different companies will have different rules, levels of rewards, etc, and that's not easily configured on Open Loyalty. Alternatives Considered	NiceJob, Inc. The only way we got reviews before NiceJob was directly through a Google link we sent to our customers asking for a review. Zoho CRM doesn't really stack up against OL, since it's too generic. The area where we think Open Loyalty would beat other products is scalability and customization.
