For instance, notes do not format in SFDC the way they do in Hero, by Vivun. Alternatives Considered	noCRM.io noCRM.io stacks up against Pipedrive because you cannot customize the platform as much as you could with an enterprise level platform and noCRM.io is cheaper than Pipedrive, which is usually a key reason for leaning towards a product.
